My first few visits to Movement Improvement were to treat a shoulder injury. Between the massages and the advice I received for stretching and icing, my shoulder was back to 100% in short order. More recently the focus has been on my other shoulder, which has been an issue for so long that I thought I just had to live with it. The extremely knowledgeable and talented therapists at Movement Improvement have shown me that I absolutely do not have to live with it. Each experience has been fantastic, from the facility to the front desk's skills finding appointments that work with my less than predictable schedule. I emphatically recommend Movement Improvement for any physical rehabilitative needs.

I have been a massage client at Movement Improvement for over a year. Best massages I've ever received. I was a Sports Massage Therapist for about 13 years, so I am really picky about finding the right Massage Therapist and I found her at Movement Improvement. Nice clean environment. They play my favorite healing frequencies music that I really feel is most relaxing for massage. I really have a hard time relaxing, so the healing frequencies help me get into the whole experience. I also love that there are never any smells that trigger my headaches that you sometimes find in beauty spa settings. This is a very professional place and I believe there are more than massage services available here. I'm always feeling better after getting a massage at Movement Improvement. Highly recommend.
I had my first massage last week with Andee and it was fenomenal. The entire experience was great, from front desk to the rooms, everything was very welcoming. The massage itself was fantastic. I’ve had a stiff neck for weeks and it was immediate relief at the end of the session. I already have an appointment to go back! Highly recommend!
Do yourself a favor and treat yourself! I highly recommend this place. The new location is clean and inviting, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the receptionist is super sweet and approachable, and Jody is absolutely amazing. She is so open, down to earth, and easy to talk to...I find myself wanting to stay just to chat a little longer. Plus she is very knowledgeable and has magic hands. What more can you really ask for?!?
