Unlike a therapeutic massage, there is no exam before a wellness massage. It can be full body or focused to certain areas depending on your preferences. The massage therapist will leave the room while you undress to your comfort level. Then, for the rest of the session you get to lay back and relax while the therapist melts away all of your tension.
